"Drone Infrared Survey: Case Studies of Building Inspections" *Presented as a set of 4 books*

Examples of emergency inspections using drones for falling exterior tiles and regular inspections of specific large buildings are included. A set of four books is currently being offered!

Our company conducts "drone infrared inspections" using drones and infrared cameras to quickly, safely, and cost-effectively assess the deterioration of buildings. We have inspection records for various structures, including condominiums, office buildings, factories, and bridges. Currently, we are offering a collection of four case studies on drone infrared inspections. 【Building Inspection Case Study Collection (Excerpt of Contents)】 ■ Case Study 1 - Exterior wall tiles have fallen off. Responded quickly to an urgent inspection request. - Conducted an inspection to prioritize repairs before building maintenance. ■ Case Study 2 - Conducted a regular inspection of a large property exceeding 6,000 m2. - Collaborated with other companies to conduct inspections tailored to the characteristics of the project. ■ Case Study 3 - Detected lifting and chipping of exterior wall tiles in a lodging facility. - Conducted a statutory inspection for a public agency bidding project. ■ Case Study 4 - Inspected a school. Completed the inspection in one day during a period with few students on summer break. - Conducted inspections on walls where scaffolding was difficult by using a combination of drones and ropes. *Please download the data of the case study collection from "PDF Download" to view it.

Infrared survey using drones

The condition of the exterior walls with temperature differences is captured by a drone! It is now possible to diagnose even high-rise exterior walls.

We will introduce infrared surveys using drones. Exterior wall tiles and mortar are warmed by solar radiation and outside temperatures, and that heat is transmitted to the structure (thermal conduction). However, if there is delamination in the exterior wall tiles or mortar, creating an air layer, the heat does not transfer to the structure, leading to a tendency for the surface temperature to be higher compared to normal areas. By capturing the state of the exterior wall with such temperature differences using a drone, it is possible to diagnose even high-rise exterior walls. [Features] ■ By capturing the state of the exterior wall with temperature differences using a drone, it is possible to diagnose high-rise exterior walls. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
